@meganbootITV hi Megan. I have a story about Wales and west utilities I would like to share, their appalling behaviour and switching my gas off for 1 week without notice, blocking the tar up and cutting off my gas supply. Their workers being abusive and threatening. Please reply

@VirginMedia_TV cancelled service 6 months ago. lied and said I did not return all equipment so they could keep £70 extra they owed me when I cancelled within 14 days after they damaged my tv during installation ! Will never return to virgin media. Was customer for 10 years.

@eon_next been waiting a week for a gas card! Said it would be sent in post…. Their automated bots are a waste of time. No help at all! Anyone know who I need to contact to complain?

@virginmedia your tech team came an installed the service and broke my TV which no longer works. The pods have not been supplied despite ringing 3 times and spending over1hr each time with customer services!

@peacocks if you take peoples money, and don’t deliver half the items have the courtesy to reply to their emails or calls. Day light robbery. Wonder how many others you’ve robbed?!

@HouseofHelpers my gosh getting to HOF Fraser customer service is impossible via phone, Chatbot or email. Chatbot not optimised regionally, email capta not optimised for mobile phone! Honestly. Very frustrating. I paid first class delivery and items not arrived after 3 days!

@Justna_M @HouseofHelpers Ever since the owner of sports direct took them over their customer service is awful. They keep saying I should DM them but what for!!!! My case is already with them and no response from a manager as yet. Ridiculous, worst company ever

@AlisonKBT @HouseofHelpers Oh my gosh. 3mnths later, wrong pickup, sending my parcel to Feltham. Then repeating story to 12 agents on Twitter. I give up. Had audacity to say they are checking if pickup company delivered wrong?! Parcel walked Feltham 😆. Jokes losing sanity 🥹
