When a Liberal gets smug, remind them: - They built this housing crisis - They built this cost of living crisis - They caused the youth unemployment - They've never met a climate target - They're not doing what we need They are not credible. They are not pragmatic.

American intelligence agents want to annex Canada but will settle for Alberta. It's not enough to just continue extract all the resources. They want the land. Whatever you think of "Canada" American annexation will bring brutality to everyone living here.

seriously incredible that they are clearly testing for dementia, and no one around him is brave enough to tell him. but since he can’t help but gloat publicly about everything he keeps revealing it to the world

Trump: "I took three cognitive tests. Aced all of them, by the way. I'm the only president to take a cognitive test. I don't think Obama could pass it. The first question is very easy -- it's a lion, a giraffe, a bear, and a shark. They say, 'Which one is the bear?'"

we talk a lot about John Brown (shout out) and we should be talkin about Joe Pullen, a sharecropper who shot his debt holder. He then ambushed the white mob that came after him, killin and injuring 18 of em in a seven hour gun fight before being shot and killed.

I am certainly looking at the past with some romanticism but there was once a time where there really was an internationalist ideal that championed solidarity beyond borders. The anti-apartheid struggle was a shining example of this ideal. Now look how far we’ve fallen.

People have marched through some of South Africa's largest cities to protest against immigration. Sky's Africa correspondent @YousraElbagir witnessed a man being Tasered by a protester in central Johannesburg ⬇️

gas prices in Ottawa when Carney took excise tax off: $1.65/L gas prices in Ottawa today: $1.87/L price caps work. multibillion dollar handouts to petroleum giants do not.

This would actually be good if they did stuff like invest in more community facilities and free third spaces for both youth and adults to make use of. But you know this support won't go to average Canadians or towards making their communities and lives better.

Whether it's at the rink, on the courts, or at the track — Canadians always rally behind our athletes. Sport brings Canadians together. That’s why we’re making crucial new investments to improve access to sport and back Canadian talent — from the playground to the podium.

Most Canadians agree that we should ban surveillance pricing, and the rest want it strictly regulated. Yet the Liberal government doesn’t even acknowledge the problem. In fact, they’ve doubled down on AI, letting corporations use your personal data to charge you more.

Oh no. Where can I buy these in Canada? So I can avoid them of course. I definitely wouldn't want to hurt the beehives that belong to my asshole neighbour who pours used motor oil into the ground to kill weeds in an area where literally everyone's house is on well water.

Very Important Message!! Do NOT, and I repeat do not buy plants treated with Neonicotinoids. Bees take the pollen back to the hive and feed it to the brood. This is a number one cause of the colony collapse. It's important to NOT buy these plants! Make sure to share this post!

@Casarina And you need to stop being naive and believing that people who have repeatedly shown us who they are and what their goals are will suddenly have different goals. People constantly giving them the benefit of the doubt despite all evidence that they shouldn't isn't helping.

@Jwdpark We’re specifically talking about Parks Canada and its capacity to manage avalanches. The report I sent you is covering advancements made in 2017/18 winter season; well before Carney. And me? I voted for an excellent NDP candidate last election, so maybe stop w/ the assumptions.

Prime Minister Goldman Sachs wants Canadians to believe that his drastic increase in military spending will not be used to enrich U.S. military contractors, but the evidence contradicts him. Canada is now locked into a $1.1 billion purchase of the U.S. HIMARS system. Even worse, the range of the HIMARS rockets is a mere 480 kilometers. Against whom will these systems be deployed? For the HIMARS systems to have any utility, the systems will have to be deployed overseas. In other words, they will not be used to defend the sovereign territory of Canada. Rather, they will be stationed far from Canada’s shores and will be used to facilitate U.S. wars of aggression abroad.

@Mayoveli The US would not be able to build this because of environmental regulations. If you want to reduce the environmental regulations, the US would be building a lot more. I don't know if that is a good idea.

This cost them about $1 trillion. The truth is, you cannot build systems like this exclusively on the logic of profit. You cannot expect to break even in 20 or 30 years. Projects of this scale are built because the government decides they must exist to serve the people. And this is a problem with systems that are strictly, or overwhelmingly, capitalist. If you leave every problem in your society to the spontaneity of the market, some challenges are so large and so unprofitable that you will never have sufficient incentive to solve them.

@Casarina @CDNPolicyHawk @HarveyLeon1066 Parks Canada might not be. But Carney and the people surrounding him 100% are. And they will completely hollow out this country to enrich them at our expense. You people need to stop pretending that a banker has our best interests in mind. Economists aren't our friends.
