For NIVs that are not included in the waiver program (?) we'll have to submit a new DS160 and pay another visa fee. But what would be the use of the extension if that's the case? Visa fee validity has been extended till Sep 30 2022

@ShalGoesHam Sort of, obviously you can do the 2 week quarantine in Mexico/wherever to get around that or wait until Biden hopefully lifts the ban

@ShalGoesHam I'm a Milligan plaintiff so they can't use the travel ban as a reason to not issue the visa anymore.
