NY & CA are criminal for flooding roads with unqualified, non-English speaking, illegal drivers holding bogus CDLs. FMCSA caught them red handed violating federal law yet won't pull their authority. SBTC has sued to force decertification. It's time to revoke it NOW before more innocent people die. Enough sanctuary disasters. Revoke. Their. CDL. Power.

🚛 Ohio Carriers Doing Ohio Things General Logistics (MC038192) does have a Satisfactory "Carrier Safety Rating" issued by FMCSA on August 25, 2025. They also have FreightGuard reports. There's another carrier - AFG Transport (MC1216122) - that provided FMCSA with SAME ADDRESS: 1223 MCCOOK AVE DAYTON, OH 45404 Do you think ANSAR KADIROV and SHABNAM AHMADI know each other?

Covenant Logistics has completed two weeks of @Tesla Semi testing. They were blown away by its capabilities. "We were amazed at the performance of the Tesla Semi and felt a level of confidence that was hard to match in a diesel truck. As one of our final runs we tackled a section of I-5 between Santa Clarita and the San Joaquin Valley over the Tejon Pass - famously known as "The Grapevine" - a lane critical to trucks hauling cargo from the ports in Oakland, Los Angeles, and Long Beach. "The Grapevine" sits at an elevation of 4,160 feet and represents the highest point on I-5 in California. The northbound descent from Tejon Summit drops 2,613 feet over 11.6 miles, with the steepest section — known as the Grapevine Hill — running about 6% grade for 5 miles. Running the Grapevine with a loaded trailer is about as demanding a real-world test as you could design for any truck. Running Northbound - lose momentum on a steep grade with a heavy load can be stressful as speed drops fast and recovering on that grade is challenging. Running Southbound requires attention to braking and heat management (which isn't a problem for an EV when you've got regenerative braking doing most of the work)."

 This is a shot across the bow. FMCSA cannot claim there are unsafe carriers on the road. If there were, their authority should be revoked. The recent Supreme Court ruling holding brokers liable for negligent hiring is BS because FMCSA is supposed to guarantee only safe carriers are available. It will be interesting to see how FMCSA respond. If they claim all carriers are safe, then the negligent hiring issue becomes a moot point. If they decide to draw some sort of line to separate good versus bad carriers, the public should be in outrage. @GulledHothan Very similar from our side. The paperwork is getting easier to fake than the identity behind it. Relationships remain the strongest defense, but the industry needs better ways to verify who's actually accepting, picking up, and delivering the load.
