In this single-center analysis, adult females were found to be less likely to develop #CAV following #HeartTx while adult male recipients demonstrated an upregulation of inflammatory/autoimmune pathways favoring CAV development. @KAmancherla

@renatopllopes @drjohnm No, he’s not. We should 100% advocate for our patients. By definition, that is political. It’s only okay to be apolitical if you do not care for your patients. As a physician-scientist, it’s the same with science. You either support good science or you don’t.
