Everyone please keep my sister and her family in your prayers ... she has been sent, at her request, home to die and hospice is also with her and the family. She has stage 4 lung cancer which has now spread to her brain... she might have a week or maybe a month. I'm going to be with her today and more than likely I won't be on here as much. And I've seen "massive" retailers go bankrupt for doing stuff like this to their customers. If a retailer like Best Buy can't fulfill their installation service then they don't need to charge and either setup an installation service with a contractor or recommend one to the customer.

I hired a local pro to handle the mounting. He quoted $250, I gave him $300. He showed up fast, brought a second guy, and did a flawless job. A lot of people in the replies completely missed the point. This was never about the physical act of hanging a TV on a wall. It was about paying for a service that a massive retailer simply refused to fulfill. @BestBuy took the money and walked away from the job. They will never see another dime from me.

Just a psa: I actually owe a lot of my account success on social media because I was a reply guy. Posting on just my timeline alone a few years back didn't get results. So, I learned to be one of the first to reply on large accounts. It took time and dedication. Not many have that luxury. My first viral comment ever was on Elon Musks' post a few years back, and he was asking how to improve X. I said to get rid of the p*rn bots. I was sick of seeing them everywhere. Sure enough, they are gone for the most part. Not spamming my replies or others that I can seee. I think that comment alone was 44k likes and many reposts. Even though the reply guy isn't the "in" thing anymore... I still do it. This is how you get account exposure. Most will say it shouldn't be like that, but it works. People naturally gravitate towards my page. The followers came. If you build it, they will come.

Last week I was having lunch with two other moms at a restaurant when the owner approached a member of the State Police Executive Protection Detail and said my presence made their employees feel threatened and told us to leave.
