MSTR common stock has never paid a dividend but supposedly gives you exposure Bitcoin price movements. STRC does not have direct Bitcoin exposure but it pays a dividend of nearly 1% a month. If you own one share of each, you essentially have a dividend paying common stock which is almost like staking your Bitcoin. They're Approximating Bitcoin defi

If Starmer is successful in banning @X in Britain, I will move forward with legislation that is currently being drafted to sanction not only Starmer, but Britain as a whole. This would mirror actions previously taken by the United States in response to foreign governments restricting the platform, including the dispute with Brazil in 2024–2025, which resulted in tariffs, visa revocations, and sanctions and consequences tied to free speech concerns against Brazilian officials over concerns related to censorship and free-speech violations. Starmer should reconsider this course of action, or there will be consequences. There are always technical bugs during the early phases of new technology, especially AI, and those issues are typically addressed quickly. X treats these matters seriously and acts promptly. Let’s be clear: this is not about technical compliance. This is a political war against @elonmusk and free speech—nothing more.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇬🇧 STARMER THREATENS TO BAN X IN BRITAIN: "ALL OPTIONS ON THE TABLE" The UK jails people for calling rapists "pigs." Now they're coming for Elon. PM Keir Starmer says he's asked Ofcom to consider banning X entirely over AI-generated images from Grok. "This is disgraceful. It's disgusting and it's not to be tolerated. X needs to get their act together." The Online Safety Act gives Britain power to block social media sites nationwide. X has 20 million UK users. Elon's response to the law? He called it "suppression of the people." And he's not wrong. This is the same UK that arrested 3,000+ people for "malicious communications" last year. The same UK that jailed someone for calling a convicted rapist a "pig." The same UK trying to ban visa entry for Americans who expose their censorship. Now they want to ban the entire platform because they don't like the AI? Britain once exported liberty to the world. Now they're exporting authoritarianism dressed as safety and decorum. Starmer is just punishing a platform that won't bend the knee. Source: The Telegraph @elonmusk

Eleven months ago, we elected the nation's first Bitcoin President and @Saylor boasted access to the backrooms of the White House. This week, Bitcoin hit an All Time High while MSBR is only a modest 65% rally away from its ATH. (see what I did there?) I could envision an announcement by the Trump administration on the anniversary of his election, one month from now, that they are taking a large stake in Strategy, now called MSTrump. Suddenly, an 8.6x multiple emerges out of the ashes and Strategy gobbles up all the bitcoin. The art of the steal.
Joe Burnett, MSBA@IIICapital

On May 11, 2022 $MSTR was trading at a fully diluted mNAV of 0.7. Since then the stock is up 1,500% while bitcoin is up 300%. As expected, buying intelligently leveraged bitcoin exposure at a discount was a good bet if you were optimistic on BTC over the coming years.

The worst ever! Ass backwards. Please remember that a covered call is essentially just short a put. You have to HOLD the stock to sell the call. Let's stop looking at every bad trade as a good trade. Don't look back and quote some price where you bought the stock a million years ago. Did you buy the stock yesterday and make 25.5 points shorting a one-day call yesterday? Otherwise, anyone lost big with this strategy today.
Hermes Lux@HermesLux

I can't quite put my finger on it, but it seems like it might be one of those profitable covered call days:

I don't check my feed, so I'm sorry if this already was talked about, but $SOFI wicked this week up to all time highs and continues to be my #4 biggest position. I expect rejection here at least for a few weeks. I'm not going to do anything about it and just going to sit tight through the volatility. It makes no sense for me to sell expecting a pull back because I don't know if the pull back will happen and I don't know how deep it would get. When my cost average is in the 7's, I really don't care. Following the trend and feeling very good about it over the next 6 to 12 months.
