We can’t fix education without fixing parenting. Teachers are burned out because too many children are showing up without the respect & discipline that should start at home. Until we hold parents accountable, the “teacher shortage’ will only worsen.

I spent 3 out of 4 years in college on the defensive side of the ball. 12 years later & I'm still in fairly regular contact with the running backs coach. 12 years later and he's still investing in me and pouring into me. If you're coaching football for the Xs & Os you're wrong.
