During a @IDA_CRPD_Forum briefing, Catalina Devandas Aguilar, @UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons w/Disabilities, shared that a hotline for people w/disability like @KeystoneMoldova has in place, is an important support tool-but unfortunately, such services are rare.
