People who dismiss walking as 'not real exercise' have never tracked a consistent 10,000 steps daily for 3 months alongside a proper diet and then looked at their body composition. Walking is underrated by everyone who hasn't tried it seriously.

When we were growing up, working for a label was something to aspire to do. People use to rock Def Jam jackets like they were designer. You couldn’t even give out a Def Jam jacket for free now. Labels need to earn the public’s respect again. They should probably start by hiring young talent or even bringing creative agencies in house and updating their backend with more current technology. Something’s got to change or they will truly be absolute soon
