@united please revamp the boarding process, start by screening the #preboarding passengers. As a loyal, United credit card holding, paying customer with status in your MileagePlus program, 50+ people who aren’t military, Global Services or 1K preboarded this morning. Please vet.

Saving myself $412.99 a month by canceling my #trupanion pet insurance. The prorating of my policy is the ONLY benefit I have received from this company. None of the care was covered by @Trupanion and the company duped me out of close to $15,000.

@RecologySF my recycling was not picked up this morning. I had broken down cardboard boxes in a small box adjacent to my blue bin as instructed. Please advise.

If you are looking for new #petinsurance, then I would not recommend @Trupanion for your dog. They will find anyway possible not to cover your claims. Go with another carrier.

Do not use @StateFarm as an insurance carrier. They will cancel your insurance for frivolous reasons even if you are a dutiful, honest and good customer. Simply greedy. Any recommendations for carriers since I need to find new insurance?

@StateFarm canceled my homeowners, earthquake insurance after I had three valid claims. I was responsible for only one of the claims and the other two were secondary to workers in my home causing damage. I was a reliable, long time customer. Choose another company.

@Trupanion I am still having some issues with this claim and appeal.

Just a word of caution about @Trupanion, they will do anything not to cover costs for your animal. I would highly recommend another pet insurance carrier. My 4 y.o. dog is paralyzed after a disc rupture which was spontaneous and they haven’t covered any of the $9k bill.

@Trupanion I have submitted my issue with appeals and they have denied the claim.
