A few nights ago, West Palm Beach Police came across a heartbreaking sight, a 4-year-old girl and her mom, homeless and sleeping on the street. Our PBSO Homeless Intervention Team was called and alongside @WestPalmPD , quickly stepped into action. Thanks to donated funds, we were able to placed them in a hotel. Today, our team helped them gather documents needed to access essential services. With the support of our partners, the child will receive care so her mom can begin her new job. This mom gave us permission to share her story to remind others that homelessness does not discriminate. 💛 #PBSOcares
