@EmiratesSupport @emirates Hello, I’ve been waiting for an update in DM for over two weeks regarding incorrect refund deductions. Customer Affairs confirmed my case is registered, but I haven’t heard back from the Refund Team. Could someone please review my file? Thank you.

Booked to travel with Emirates between 28 February and 30 April, 2026? If your flight has been disrupted, or if you just wish to change your travel plans, you have the following options: ✈️ Rebook on an alternate flight - You can rebook on another flight to your intended destination for travel up to 15 June, 2026.
