Now official: The 2026 NFL season will kick off on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 8:20 PM ET on with the Super Bowl LX champion #Seahawks hosting in Seattle. The next day, the #49ers will face the #Rams in the first-ever NFL regular season game in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 8:35 PM ET. Seattle’s Week 1 opponent will be revealed with the full schedule release later this spring.

@HankFrank Nice I’m in the same boat as you. Hit 60 recently but was just saying I probably need to lose some weight to reach the next level. Just started running again after 13 years (used to be a 16:30 5k, 9:53 2 mile 4:35 miler)

I watched my Garmin VO2max sit at 60 for four years and honestly accepted it as my ceiling. Crept to 61 by December. Then I lost 10 lbs and it's 66 three months later. There was no ceiling. I was just carrying it.
