@thetrainline I can book them as two singles. Maybe this needs to be passed on to your developers so at least a better, clearer message could be put in place.

@KTPme I appreciate your frustration that you're unable to book your tickets at once and have to add them individually to the basket. In this case, I'm unsure why you're unable to get this sorted at once.

@CrossCountryUK Hot tip - maybe if you know trains are going to be so busy that toilets will be blocked by standing customers, try to ensure that they are all at least working when/if we get there? Crossing my legs for four hours isn't ideal 😬

This. I'm a full-time carer. I had to give up full-time work & go part-time. We DEPEND on the Local Council run day centres that my mum attends. We NEED them. They are under threat of closure. We will be at crisis point if they close as no respite. Fund social services.

@leicesterliz Carers who work depend on their relatives being otherwise cared for e.g. day centres (being closed due to council cuts or charities closing) or schools (many children can't get to school due to cuts in transport) So unless you improve local government support ⬆️ waste of time

@GWRHelp For the second time, I am stuck outside Bristol Parkway on the 16.40 from Swindon which means I will miss the Manchester connection there - why is this put as an option on @thetrainline when this train is ALWAYS more than 7 minutes late???
