There is a person from my village. He got a 2BHK flat in Rajkot city under the PM Awas Yojana. His parents' treatment was done under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, for which he saved almost 7.5 lakhs. Her name is Pooja Singhal. She was born in Dehradun in 1978. At 21 she cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in her first attempt, securing All India Rank 10. She was among the youngest IAS officers of her batch. Her name was entered in the Limca Book of Records. At her interview, she reportedly pledged she would spend her career working for “the poorest of the poor.” She was posted to the Jharkhand cadre in 2000 as one of the first IAS officers of the newly formed state. She rose steadily through the bureaucracy. By 2022 she had become the Mining Secretary of Jharkhand, one of the most powerful positions in a mineral rich state. On May 6 2022, the Enforcement Directorate raided 18 premises linked to her across Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Delhi and Punjab. At the Ranchi premises of her chartered accountant Suman Kumar, investigators recovered Rs 17.49 crore in cash. Banknote counting machines were brought in to count it. The total cash recovery across locations was reported at Rs 19.31 crore. Pooja Singhal was arrested on May 11 2022. ED investigators later traced part of the alleged money trail to Khunti district, where she had served as Deputy Commissioner between 2008 and 2011. The ED alleged that Rs 18.06 crore linked to MGNREGA funds had been embezzled during her tenure. MGNREGA is the government scheme that guarantees 100 days of paid work every year to rural households. The poorest of the poor. The ED also alleged that funds linked to the case were invested in a hospital associated with her husband. The agency later provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs 82.77 crore linked to her in Ranchi. Her bail was rejected by the PMLA court in August 2022. Rejected again by the Jharkhand High Court in November 2022. Rejected by the Supreme Court in April 2024. During proceedings, the Supreme Court described it as an “extraordinary case” and remarked that there was “something seriously wrong.” She spent 28 months in jail. On December 7 2024, a special PMLA court granted her bail. The Jharkhand government revoked her suspension and reinstated her, effective the same date. The ED opposed her reinstatement. The PMLA court rejected the ED’s plea to bar her from a government posting, stating that it was beyond the court’s jurisdiction. The investigation and trial are still ongoing. At 21, she reportedly told the UPSC board she wanted to work for the poorest of the poor. The funds the ED alleges were embezzled were meant for exactly those people. 15 साल तक कोलकाता मेट्रो का काम रुका रहा फिर मैं इस पर थोड़ा रिसर्च किया कि आखिर किस कारण से यह काम रुका रहा तो कारण एकमात्र था कि अगर यह मेट्रो प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होता तो इसका उद्घाटन नरेंद्र मोदी करते और ममता बनर्जी यह नहीं चाहती थी क्योंकि यह केंद्र सरकार बनवा रही है जी हां रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड जो कोलकाता मेट्रो के अरेंज लाइन का काम कर रही थी उसे एक बाईपास के ऊपर से एक बाय डक्ट बनाना था लेकिन उसके लिए 15 दिन ट्रैफिक रोकना जरूरी था 15 साल पहले आरवीएनएल ने स्थानीय प्रशासन को पत्र भेजा की 15 दिन के लिए ट्रैफिक रोक दीजिए तृणमूल कांग्रेस सरकार ने ट्रैफिक नहीं होगा फिर 4 पत्र और भेजे गए ट्रैफिक नहीं रोका गया उसके बाद आरबीएनएल को हाई कोर्ट जाना पड़ा हाई कोर्ट में तुरंत पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार को आदेश दिया कि ट्रैफिक रोका जाए ताकि मेट्रो का काम पूरा हो लेकिन ममता बनर्जी की जिद्द देखिए ममता बनर्जी ने हाई कोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट चली गई सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला दिया कि 15 दिन ट्रैफिक रोकना जरूरी है तो ममता बनर्जी ने इस पर पुनर्विचार याचिका दायर कर दिया और सबसे बड़ी आश्चर्य की इस खबर को किसी मीडिया ने कभी चलाया भी नहीं कि पश्चिम बंगाल में सिर्फ मोदी उद्घाटन ना कर सके उसके लिए क्या गंदा खेल खेला जा रहा है उसके ही राज्य के लाखों लोग ट्रैफिक जाम में फंसकर अपना वक्त बर्बाद करते रहे लेकिन ममता बनर्जी के लिए अपना घमंड सबसे जरूरी था उसके बाद चुनाव आए और यह मुद्दा चुनाव में भी खूब उछला फिर नीच ममता सरकार चली गई और जो प्रोजेक्ट पिछले 15 साल से रुका था वह मात्र 15 दिन में पूरा हो गया इसीलिए मैं कहता हूं भारत का विपक्ष देश के विकास का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन है

The Companies continue this format of keeping humans dumb by making them sit on one desk which is only 5% of the entire department's task. This results into Citizens only able to generate income, not Wealth. Only the few owners now know about the entire 100% of the processes.
