@MathewPiasecki The term is misleading to describe increased fiber size of higher threshold MUs. But...an interesting study with clear findings to explain increased strength in a slow, ramp contraction up to 70% MVC. I wonder if the technique could be used >70% or fast actions? @KU_NeuroMechLab
