If only we had these DH playbooks a decade+ ago! Sean + Florian's stories from the trenches were spot on. Partnerships are: + by default...hard i.e. most won't work + take real time/$ to scale + get incentives right + but when they hit, can have transformational impact.

Since bringing HH together last Fall, we’ve been on a parallel journey to bolster our culturally competent care offering & create more inclusive & representative experiences for our members. This investment is a big part of what continues to give me purpose in this next phase.
