That’s over $24.5 MILLION going to one law firm alone — money that came straight from the estate. And it doesn’t stop there. Under the “Implementation Order”, the Plan Administrator keeps paying BitGo $5,000 every single month for “custodial services”. This is exactly what I feared. The longer this “implementation” and wind-down drags on, the more these third-party professionals and law firms keep racking up fees. —Every extra month is another payday for them while the real victims — millions of retail holders who lost everything in the Terra/Luna attack — sit and wait for any meaningful recovery. —That money could have gone toward distributions to the people who actually suffered.
