Forgeskin seems to be bugged and doesn't give any damage buff with any number of BA weapons equipped. Mega Kill Clip is CRAZY though. it's 40% buff (PvE), 5s+2s for every kill up to 5 (17s). The kills don't need to be rapid as long as you reload within 5s of final kill!
