TO SEMBABULE? There was a time I stayed 3 months in the North, frighting, without going to my home. I didn't even attend the piping ceremony in Lubiri! Then was summoned after that ceremony for meeting with CIC and had to fly back to Kitgum same day, through Soroti after dropping Chef Ali. I flew to Sembabule to talk to my wife briefly who was in the village, left her there, flew back to Soroti to drop Ali. Before i took off for Kitgum, we were summoned again by CIC to go to Entebbe! When we got there, it was already night and the CIC was angry and told us we should be charged in Court Martial for flying in a Helicopter at NIGHT;😉😄! Any way, according to your useless fallas, I should have gone to Sembabule with a Bicycle, and....Man, we were fighting wars. I Will tell you another time when i went with it to Sembabule, it was to carry out a FIRING SQUAD; Weweeeee! Shouldn't waste time with KWALA-KWALAS!

So i see many jumping up in joy, saying the fall of AAA shows PARLIAMENTARY CORRUPTION is at last being tackled, etc...So? okay, she goes to jail for ONE WEEK, get out, or, ok, recieve 2 years, come and drive her Rolls-Royce? Or even gets a political pardon.....and enjoys her loot which led to death in hospitals, on roads, etc? That's how it works in most of Africa! Could the LENIENCY with which we treat those who STEAL PUBLIC FUNDS be responsible for this SICKENING MALAISE ON OUR CONTINENT/Countries? Just two examples, see the punishments in Uganda against people who bring down hospitals, destroy public roads...etc,👇. The most they can suffer is 14 years! Which they never get because they have so much money to buy their ways out. Now compare this with what happens in China, Vietnam and Iran➡️.... Yes, I will be reminded about how they are AUTOCRATIC COUNTRIES, blah.... Just to remind you, ONLY THEM, yes, with 3 others may be, have DEFEATED THE EMPIRE(U.S/Western domination and still stand as PROUD NATIONS. There is definitely a CORRELATION between how a Country deals with CORRUPTION and how it deals with IMPERIALISM.
