My father served in the UNLA, NRA, and UPDF for over 40 years as a medical officer and a soldier . In all that time, he never once stole even a single Panadol to bring home. He didn’t even build a mabati house for himself we, his children, had to do that for him. Now, when I see people in power shamelessly feasting on our tax money, it breaks my heart.
