Amazing VT case done by @KoerberScott! By utilizing #HDGrid, we were able to collect over 14,500 points in under 16 minutes. Grid highlighted beautiful mid-diastolic potentials and lead to VT termination in 4 seconds of coming on RF! @AbbottCardio #EPeeps

Hey #EPEEPS How's this for a circuit?!? Atypical Afl with a long narrow channel in a very low voltage area. EGMs spanning the full TCL were imperceptible on the recording system, but not on Grid with Nearfield-OT. Frequency based mapping annotates the critical isthmus with almost-perfect accuracy. Less than a handful of bad points in an 18k point map, voltage cutoffs of 0.1 mV would've hid the majority of this isthmus on the map. The propagation map below has voltage cutoffs of 0.02 mV. Voltage, however, is still useful in conjunction with frequency mapping. The whole channel lights up with low voltage, high frequency emphasis giving us a discreet target. Flutter termination when putting the catheter on the channel. AML to follow. EGMs and other associated images in the comments #EnsiteX #Abbottproud @AbbottCardio

Epicardial jumps are not only for the ventricle! LAFL with TWO epi jumps. Ablation resulted in 30msec jump at the posterior wall exit and termination at the roof. Easy mapping with #EnSiteX and #HDGrid! #EPeeps @AbbottCardio Map: Dr. Stuart Adler

Another #AblateVT case to end the week. 67 y/o male ICM EF 17%, recurrent sustained VT refractory to meds, recurrent shocks. Entered lab in sustained VT. Mapped 3 clinical VTs. After 6hours, now in sinus. Thx to @RobP1999 for mapping. @MidAmericaHeart @saintlukeskc #EPeeps

Great Micro-Reentrant AFL with @KoerberScott on #EnSiteX ! #OnlywithOT helped identify the critical isthmus with over 65% of TCL just below the LIPV! This entire LA map only took 13 minutes with over 33k points and led to a one burn term 🔥

Great first Voxel LA #EnSiteX case on a redo AF/AFL with @KoerberScott! Pt had previous CTI, convergent and surgical MV repair. Induced a mitral AFL, by utilizing #HDGrid, this channel was highlighted and we were able to achieve first burn termination 🔥 @AbbottCardio

Had an interesting roof-dependent LAFL, #EPEEPS. We placed HPSD lesions at our suspected critical isthmus with no effect on the TCL. Switching to a longer RF application at a lower power terminated the tach. Did #OT show us an epicardial connection? #HDGrid #TrueEGMs #AbbottAF

Great AFL case report by @KoerberScott! Initial mapping and signals led us to believe this was a left-sided AFL. By utilizing De Ponti Method and #HDGrid we were able to quickly see this was a CTI-dependent AFL! #EPeeps @AbbottCardio
