Great Micro-Reentrant AFL with @KoerberScott on #EnSiteX ! #OnlywithOT helped identify the critical isthmus with over 65% of TCL just below the LIPV! This entire LA map only took 13 minutes with over 33k points and led to a one burn term 🔥

@SchakrabartiEP @KaitlinG_EP The mapping catheter was positioned over a previous WACA line, so the first signals are outside the line and the second, more fractionated signals are part of the circuit.

Great AFL case report by @KoerberScott! Initial mapping and signals led us to believe this was a left-sided AFL. By utilizing De Ponti Method and #HDGrid we were able to quickly see this was a CTI-dependent AFL! #EPeeps @AbbottCardio

@hsunman @KaitlinG_EP @HighPwrShortGal @AbbottCardio Good question. I personally only do the carina if I don’t get first pass isolation. In that case, I move my ablation catheter along the inside of my WACA looking for an early signal. If nothing early I move to the carina.

Great #AbbottAF case on this redo pt. with @KoerberScott! By utilizing #HDGrid we were able to map both pre and post LA in 16 minutes with over 20,000 points collected. A total ablation time of 32 minutes was taken to re-isolate all 4 PVs! @AbbottCardio #EPeeps
