So nga I casually tell this curtain lady to get me some nice curtains.
Next thing she tells me “Ok, please send a video walking around your house showing all the windows and doors”
I was like okay fine, I recorded and sent it.
Then boom, she drops a quotation of 7 MILLION shillings!!! 😳😳
I was sitting there like… do I just bluetick her and vanish into thin air or what?? I’m just a girl trying to live my best life, not get financially traumatized 🤣🤣🤣
But anyway… we got the curtains.
Greetings fellow Ugandans, fellow Africans and especially, the Bazzukulu.
I am sending out this message to, first of all, thank God for giving Maama and myself our wonderful children: Muhoozi (Muogi), Natasha (Kukuru), Patience (Pusi) and Kyaremeera (Kyinini)., protecting them and prospering them. Secondly, I want to thank Maama for looking after them especially for the years 1981-86 when she was the only parent near them. Thirdly, I salute the children for going through the school systems and branching out successfully in the different fields of life – family, career, etc.
Fourthly, I thank the Ugandans and some of the Africans for standing with and supporting our family and Political movement in the various endeavours we have been undertaking with them.
On this occasion, on the 24th of April 2026, I want to congratulate Gen. Muhoozi (Muogi) on this 52nd birthday. These children, in particular Muhoozi, were born in the resistance, grew up in the resistance, and, in various ways, have made significant contribution to the resistance. Gen. Muhoozi has made significant contribution to fighting corruption in the Army and increasing the lethality of the UPDF.
This brave, resilient, and intelligent young girl is called Angel Blessings Atuhaire. She is 14 years old and currently a Primary Seven pupil at Kengoma Day Primary School in Kabale District.
I have just spoken to her and her father, Mr. Nfitumukiza Moses, a boda boda rider in Kabale.
Blessings has consistently excelled in her academics and has never performed below the third position in her class.
Her father shared that he is not comfortable with her riding herself to school, but the circumstances have left him with no alternative as he leaves home too early to drop the girl at school . He was all emotional on the phone in disbelief if this was true or a dream.
I discussed with both of them the possibility of moving her to a boarding school next term or waiting until she joins secondary school. They both agreed that transitioning next term would be the best option, especially since she has not yet registered for PLE at her current school.
I advised the father to identify a good boarding primary school within their locality and connect me to the school administration so that the sponsor, @SheilahGashumba, can take it up from there.
I have shared all the details with Sheilah. 🙏
@KaksPeter Dear Peter, sorry about that. Power line serving the area encountered a technical fault and efforts are on to have this resolved then restore supply in the area. Kindly pardon us for the inconvenience. JN

And today, our beloved leader, the Old Man with a hat, @KagutaMuseveni, will address the country at a grand rally scheduled to take place at Kololo Independence Grounds. Come be part of history! ⏱️
Fellow Ugandans, especially the Bazzukulu, good morning. Today, we conclude our campaign with the final rally at Kololo, carrying the NRM message of unity, stability, and progress. Join us as we protect the gains together.
