@IjasRaheem @royalenfield We are trusted on Royal Enfield quality not on local center. Royal Enfield should do auditing for local showroom how they are working in service center. They are not taking any responsibility once bike are sold Royal Enfield is not maintaining their standards

Dear @royalenfield Regarding a case id CAS-102515191-C8J3T4 Is there no SOP to follow for a service nor is that quality that the brand give after sales? I receive only a standard response but not someone to understand the root of an issue and help to solve it.

@royalenfield @sidlal I have been waiting for the delivery of my booking for quite some time now. You're quietly adding 15 days to the delivery date. It's not done. It was promised for 20th Feb now the tentative date is 20th March, delayed by 1 month now. 2 months of waiting. Any sure date.
