@amazonIN just experienced a pathetic service with no accountability at many levels from Amazon India. Why is it simply okay for your delivery person to ignore calls, accept it and not talk (I could hear all the traffic noise clearly and once there was a side conversation too).
@AmazonHelp I will get better, more empathetic response from ChatGPT. You haven’t asked for order details, my Amazon ID nor have asked me to DM any details. How is this understanding? How will this help me?

@AmazonHelp Ateeb, I haven’t gotten to the bottom yet, upon the assurance of one of the agents I placed a second order blocking another huge amount in my credit card. The rep promised price match but closed the chat before it was done. Doesn’t this sound like scam?
@AmazonHelp Another highlight of my conversation with @amazonIN, The reps are closing my chat conversations. Not once or twice, I have spoken to 3 reps who have all closed the conversation mid way. I hope @amazon is listening
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN ‘s repeated suggestion of order again is not feasible for pricey items as it will block the credit in the card (the refund for the returned order is not credited back to my account and it looks like it’ll take 5-7 business days for it)

@AmazonHelp Ateeb, here is what is appalling
1. I opted for an exchange of phone, now the IMEI is blocked from using for exchange again
2. This is a time sensitive order, new order will not come in time
3. The price is higher now
4. not the first time this is happening
This feels like scam
I ordered something special as a gift, it was time sensitive, how will I ever trust this platform? @amazon US is 10 times better, they at least respond properly. Did I mention I am a prime member ask the while? That’s the cherry on top. (3/3)
And in the end my order was simply sent back!! All this happened after I spoke to Amazon rep on chat and while i was getting assurance that they spoke to the delivery team and my package will be delivered properly. (2/3)
