Overall, I'm quite happy with what is on this list here. I think good arguments can be made for the ban of each of these cards, and I will not miss seeing them What I am worried about is what is not on this list. I think Brynhir and Stellacorn should have gone as well With Miracle, Ezreal, and midrange Draven most likely gone from the top tier of the current format, I think Irelia may become a menace. Sure, they lose obelisk and tree, but the main deck is essentially untouched (besides deckhand because of obelisk) Again, I would have liked to see at least Bryn and Stella on here as well. I think those cards are power outliers and have inherently problematic designs, each one for different reasons It will be interesting to see how this format evolves without the overbearing presence of Draven (maybe other decks can finally start playing 2 drop units again now that those won't just be giving Draven free draws all the time)

@playriftbound Damn was Scrapheap necessary? Jinx is gasping for air rn 💀 Also, could we not have errata’d Draven legend to be a bit more restrictive or have a downside? I feel like as long as his ability is written that way, he will just be able to abuse more cards in the future

@joleary The simple rule is that the stack resolves backwards. Brynhir would be on the board before their spell resolves, thus preventing the spell from being played. When you counter a spell it does not count as being played, the same thing should happen here.

Theory crafting anti-Ezreal tech and I have a question - would Brynhir being played via Here To Help reacting to an opponent’s spell prevent the initial spell resolving?

@joleary I was under the impression that the chain resolves from most recently played to first played so I would assume Brynhir would come in from here to help, then the opponent’s spell would attempt to resolve but would fizzle because of Brynhir. I’m not so bright though
