Rongai is not a real place , A monkey took my neighbor’s bra from the hanging line and put it in my wardrobe. I am finding it hard to explain to my girlfriend that no girl has visited my place. @KWSKenya please do something about this 🙏. I am under siege right now.

Senegal are likely to argue that they did not abandon the game, the match was completed by the referee’s whistle.
They can say Article 82 was misapplied because the game continued under the same circumstances and reached its natural end.
The referee allowing Senegal back on the pitch and Morocco happily continuing the game will be used to state the match - and result - was valid.
As the final was completed, they can argue the integrity of the game was upheld.
They can also claim changing the winner of a completed final is an extreme overreach by the Appeal Board. And that the punishment for a delay - not a refusal to play as they finished the game - is excessive.

The president of Kenya @WilliamsRuto is sponsoring two football fans and content creators (Masagara and Useful Idiots) to go watch their respective EPL teams(Manchester United and Arsenal) live. That's okay and commendable but is it fair?
Is it really fair that this is the same country that Angela Okutoyi comes from and represents? A girl who is not just a tennis player but the first Kenyan to win a Grand Slam title, after lifting the Wimbledon junior girls’ doubles trophy has launched a fundraiser aimed at raising Sh10 million to support her transition into a full-time professional tennis career. She has been pleading for help/sponsorship so she can compete without interruptions caused by financial constraints.
You can't tell me that the government doesn't see any of this, but nothing.
Is it fair that this is the same country where 1/2 athletes supposed to represent Kenya at the Winter Olympics (Sabrina Samader) had to pull out because the government failed to compensate and grant her allowances to sustain her throughout the tournament.
Is it really fair?

A lot of people are swallowing these kits.
A lot of you are buying these kits each month, yet they don't alleviate your problem.
But when I tell you to fix what you eat, you insult me.
You don't need these kits.
You need FOOD.
Eat FOOD, not products.

35 Years ago when we were growing up, it was so rare to hear about deaths.
It was just the elderly who died. They were so old [90 years +] and fragile that their deaths became a celebration of the life they lived on earth.
That is why funerals were like parties.
Occasionally, some died through Road Traffic Accidents, or other forms of intentional or unintentional traumatic injuries, and these deaths were excruciating.
However, it was still so uncommon to have funerals every Saturday because deaths were fewer.
Then came HIV/AIDS in the early 2000s.
But still, funerals were rare, and deaths were consequential.
Yet, despite all these, hospitals were fewer, and so, the deaths were also fewer.
But nowadays,
Deaths are happening daily,
In the villages, every Saturday is a funeral, from January to December.
Why do we have so many deaths today, yet we also have so many hospitals?
It is because 80% of these deaths are associated with metabolic diseases [Cancer, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart diseases],
The hospitals are complicit. They mislead people, prescribe unnecessary drugs and collect monthly subscriptions from these patients.
Unless we fix our food system, these diseases will continue killing our people as hospitals make profits from them.
Take care of your health because hospitals are running lucrative businesses
