Princess Charlotte was the picture of a Quintessential English princess: wearing a simple light turquoise dress with a white waist bow, tights with her white mary -janes flats and her long hair well coiffed in a half updo braid. Just like her mother, she wore very minimal jewelry and a special horse shoe brooch gifted by her late great grandmother the Queen❤️‍🩹 Charlotte looked just perfect. It was age appropriate, it was well-tailored, it was simple and understated, it followed the monochrome colour pattern of her mother and it was very elegant. Well and so, when critics think they are insulting Catherine by calling her style "old Fashion", they are actually complimenting her😏 Her style is deliberately Old fashion, it is well researched, and it is timelessly classic and sophisticated. Her style is perfectly British in its contour and understasted sophistication. Abd that is exactly why she continues to be THE fashion Icon worldwide🪭 As the future Queen of the UK, Catherine stands One in a billion of other Women worldwide. @zoeharcombe NTM that doctors do not follow the guidelines on taking blood pressures. For example, they are supposed to leave the patient alone in the room for five minutes before taking it. Instead the first thing that happens is getting your BP taken.

Two elderly people I know have passed out recently. One fractured his arm & split his head open. The other was thankfully in a chair. The reason? Low blood pressure. Why? Because doctors think octogenarians should have BP of 120/80. Both are on BP lowering meds. 😡

@AshleyGWinter I was told that I couldn’t use vaginal estrogen because I have a history of DVT’s. They would only consider allowing me to use it if my symptoms got too bad. And then I would have to go on a blood thinner. Scared me from asking again.
