I was today years old when I learned that people are using AI chat bots for mental health care and therapy services. Interesting. Absolutely no judgement whatsoever cause access to mental health care services remain a big issue but I’m not sure how I feel about that.

But I don't like a really long beard and my facial hair coils so tightly that it takes too long to get a really full beard like that.

I keep coming back to this vid and just really have to say this: Men, especially straight men, please pick up a better skin and beard care routine. The texture of your neck shouldn’t look like that after a peel. Like my god, even a brush and moisturizer oil could go a long way

@bamafitnessnerd @_TravionX @JustBeingWill @RearViewGone I do. I didn't feel like your original post was too judgmental cos I agree; however, I give grace cos I know how bad it can get. Clippers only. Shaving every couple weeks. Consistent exfoliation (even when you have your beard). Salicylic acid every evening.

I genuinely didn’t know that this was a condition. So I hope I didn’t trigger any feelings. If I did, I’m genuinely sorry about that.

@bamafitnessnerd @_TravionX @JustBeingWill @RearViewGone It's manageable but not curable. It's still a chronic condition. It's why some of us don't shave with a razor cos anything too close to the skin will cause an ingrown hair and bumps. But he shouldn't wax cos it can actually exacerbate the problem.
