𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. “Write in short sentences. My audience is founders. No bullet points. Match my voice.” You should not be typing this every single time. You slept 8 hours. You still woke up exhausted. Most people blame the mattress. Or stress. Or age. The real reason is less obvious. And once you understand it, everything changes. Here's what's actually happening: The Problem: Your body went through 8 hours of lying down. But it never entered deep sleep. You were unconscious. But not resting. There's a difference. Deep sleep is where your body repairs itself. Where your brain cleans out toxins. Where memories get stored. Without it, you're just... existing in bed for 8 hours. Why This Happens: Most people think sleep is binary. You're either asleep or awake. But sleep has 4 stages. And most of us never make it past stage 2. Stage 1: Light sleep (transition) Stage 2: True sleep (but still surface level) Stage 3: Deep sleep (this is where magic happens) Stage 4: REM sleep (dreaming, memory consolidation) If you're waking up tired, you're stuck in stage 1-2 all night. Your Fitbit says you slept. But your body disagrees. What's Blocking Deep Sleep: 🔴 Late-night screen time Blue light tells your brain it's still daytime. Melatonin production crashes. 🔴 Alcohol before bed You fall asleep faster. But you never reach deep sleep. It's fake sleep. 🔴 Inconsistent sleep schedule Going to bed at different times every night confuses your circadian rhythm. 🔴 Room temperature If your room is above 68°F (20°C), your body can't cool down enough for deep sleep. 🔴 Caffeine after 2 PM Even if you "feel fine," caffeine stays in your system for 6-8 hours. It blocks adenosine receptors that signal sleepiness. The Fix (What Actually Works): 1. The 10-3-2-1-0 Rule: - 10 hours before bed: No more caffeine - 3 hours before bed: No more food or alcohol - 2 hours before bed: No more work - 1 hour before bed: No more screens - 0: Number of times you hit snooze 2. Temperature Control: Keep your room at 65-68°F (18-20°C). Cold room, warm blanket. This mimics your body's natural temperature drop during deep sleep. 3. Magnesium Glycinate: 300mg before bed. It relaxes your nervous system and helps you reach deeper sleep stages. (Not regular magnesium—it'll wreck your stomach.) 4. Consistent Sleep Schedule: Same bedtime. Same wake time. Every single day. Yes, even weekends. Your circadian rhythm doesn't care about Friday night. 5. Morning Sunlight: Get 10 minutes of sunlight within 30 minutes of waking up. It resets your internal clock and makes you sleepy at the right time later. What Changed For Me: I used to sleep 9 hours and wake up destroyed. Now I sleep 7 hours and wake up sharp. The difference? I stopped optimizing for hours. Started optimizing for depth. Your body doesn't need 8 hours of light sleep. It needs 1.5-2 hours of deep sleep. Once you hit that, everything else falls into place. **The Reality Check:** Most people won't do this. They'll keep blaming their mattress. Keep saying "I'm just not a morning person." Keep drinking coffee at 4 PM. And they'll keep waking up tired. But if you're serious about fixing this, you already know what to do. The science is clear. The solution is simple. The question is: will you actually do it? **Try this for 7 days. Track your energy. Then tell me I'm wrong.** #SleepScience #Productivity #Health

Stop wasting your AI tokens. Most people are burning them without realizing it. The problem is usually not the model. It is the workflow behind it. People keep chasing better prompts while ignoring the real issue: Poor structure. Poor context management. Poor thinking before prompting. That is where tokens quietly disappear 👇 • Uploading entire PDFs instead of clean structured text • Asking questions in fragments instead of batching context • Regenerating everything instead of refining one section • Letting chat history become cluttered and irrelevant • Using one AI tool for every task regardless of strengths And the biggest mistake of all: Thinking inside the chat instead of before the chat. If you use AI seriously for work, this matters a lot. Because: Tokens = Cost Context = Compute Structure = Output Quality Bad AI usage does not just waste money. It slows decisions, reduces clarity, and creates noisy outputs. The simple shift most people miss: Plan → Structure → Then Prompt That one habit instantly improves output quality and efficiency. AI rewards organized thinking more than clever prompting. Save this for later. Most people only learn this after watching their usage bill explode. ❤️ Like 🔁 Retweet 🔖 Bookmark Follow @MeenakshiYACS for more such posts #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #CareerGrowth #Upskilling

Most people use Claude like a chatbot. Power users use it like a command system. Here’s a cleaner, sharper cheat sheet 👇 ✦ MASTER CLAUDE WITH COMMANDS ✦ Stop guessing. Start directing. If you know what to type, you control the output. 🎯 1. Start right /new → fresh chat /project → organize work /upload → add files /template → reuse structure 🧠 2. Add context (this changes everything) /focus → define goal /context → give background /examples → show expectations /constraints → set boundaries ⚙️ 3. Think better /analyze → break down problems /compare → evaluate options /recommend → get direction /brainstorm → unlock ideas ✍️ 4. Write smarter /write → generate /rewrite → improve /shorten → make concise /expand → add depth 📊 5. Structure outputs /outline → organize /bullet → simplify /table → format clearly /key-points → extract signal 💻 6. Build & debug /code → generate /debug → fix issues /explain → understand logic /refactor → clean code 📈 7. Work with data /analyze-data → insights /visualize → charts /report → summaries /forecast → predictions 🔁 8. Automate workflows /workflow → systems /automate → save time /api → connect tools /tasklist → execution 🎛️ 9. Control output /tone → voice /style → format /length → size /reset → clean slate 🔍 10. Learn faster /search → explore /research → go deep /tldr → quick summary /fact-check → verify ⚡ Power tip: AI is not about prompts anymore. It’s about systems. Use commands. Combine them. And you’ll get 10x better outputs. Save this. Use it daily. ❤️ Like 🔁 Retweet 🔖 Bookmark Follow @MeenakshiYACS for more such posts #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #CareerGrowth #Upskilling

Most people talk about Agentic AI. Very few can actually design it. Here’s a simple cheat sheet to design + explain Agentic AI architecture 👇 🎯 Start here ➡️ Define the goal What exactly should the agent achieve? 1️⃣ Orchestration Layer ➡️ The control panel Decides flow, logic, and coordination 2️⃣ Agents Layer ➡️ The workforce Single or multi-agents handling specialized tasks 3️⃣ Tools Layer ➡️ Execution power APIs, web search, databases, external systems 4️⃣ Memory ➡️ The brain Short-term + long-term context storage 5️⃣ Monitoring ➡️ The eyes Track every step, detect issues in real time 6️⃣ Reliability & Failure ➡️ The safety net Retries, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop 7️⃣ Governance & Security ➡️ The guardrails Auth, compliance, audit, data protection 💡 Real insight: Agents alone don’t make systems powerful. Architecture does. If you can explain this simply, you’re already ahead of 90% in AI. ❤️ Like 🔁 Retweet 🔖 Bookmark Follow @MeenakshiYACS for more such posts #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #CareerGrowth #Upskilling

Most enterprise AI does not fail because the model is weak. It fails because the business context is missing. That is the real bottleneck, and it gets worse as companies move from one copilot to hundreds of autonomous agents. I unpacked this with Teresa Rojas & Tom Dejonghe from @collibra at Data Citizens on the Road in Rotterdam. Here’s the breakdown...

Most people are using AI like a shortcut. The top 1% are using it like a system. That’s the difference between random posts… and consistent, high-quality content. Here’s the smarter approach 👇 1️⃣ Train AI on your voice Not generic tone—your opinions, your style, your thinking. 2️⃣ Start with clarity, not writing Define: topic, audience, outcome. Good content begins before the first word. 3️⃣ Give context, not just prompts Docs, ideas, past posts—this is what upgrades output quality. 4️⃣ Think before you write Use AI to explore angles, challenge ideas, refine direction. 5️⃣ Write in structure, not chaos Break content into hooks, sections, and flow. 6️⃣ Save what works Build your own prompt library. Reuse > restart. 7️⃣ Edit like a creator, not a machine Clarity, tone, sharpness. This is where average becomes great. 8️⃣ Turn 1 idea into 5 formats Posts → threads → reels → carousels → emails 9️⃣ Review what performs Double down on what works. Fix what doesn’t. AI won’t make you great. A system will. Use AI inside a system… and you stop chasing content- you start compounding it. ❤️ Like 🔁 Retweet 🔖 Bookmark Follow @MeenakshiYACS for more such posts #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #CareerGrowth #Upskilling

Don't waste Claude's potential with weak prompts. Instead, use 1 of these 8 frameworks: Most people type a question and hope for the best. That's not prompting. That's guessing. The difference between average and elite AI output? Structure. Here are the 8 frameworks I use every single day: 1️⃣ C L A R I T Y Context → Look & Feel → Ask → Rules → Input → Target → You 2️⃣ S O C R A T E S Situation → Objective → Constraints → Role → Action → Thinking → Evaluation → Summary 3️⃣ A N T I C I P A T E Audience → Need → Task → Information → Constraints → Illustrate → Plan → Act → Test → Enhance 4️⃣ P A R T N E R Purpose → Audience → Research → Think → Narrow → Execute → Review 5️⃣ T R U S T Task → Reason → Understand → Structure → Tailor 6️⃣ R I P P L E Role → Input → Process → Points → Layout → Evaluate 7️⃣ C A T C H Context → Aim → Tone → Criteria → Help 8️⃣ M A G I C Motivation → Audience → Goal → Input → Create Once you start using these, you can't go back to random prompting. Your outputs become faster, sharper, and actually useful. ❤️ Like 🔁 Retweet 🔖 Bookmark Follow @MeenakshiYACS for more such posts #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #CareerGrowth #Upskilling DISCLAIMER- Image rights belong to the owner. We all know where to cut a loss. But ask yourself where do you protect a profit? Price climbs, risk stays where it was. Noticed this change while trading on @INDmoney Small tweak. Big difference. The market gives profits, but only structure lets you keep them @ashishkashyap

I rarely post complaints, but this needs attention. I had booked an @IndiGo6E flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi for 20th April. Unfortunately, we had to cancel it due to a sudden medical emergency — my co-passenger, Vikelp Garg, was hospitalized. In situations like these, policies should support customers, not penalize them. I am requesting IndiGo to process a FULL refund in cash instead of offering a credit shell. Emergencies are not choices. Hoping for a humane resolution. If your biggest life moment doesn’t earn you a full day offline, something’s broken. We have glamorized hustle to the point where rest feels like guilt. And somehow, that’s being packaged as inspiration. We definitely don’t need stories like this. We need stories where people disappear for a week and nothing breaks.

AI code review" actually covers two very different things right now. Some tools are review-first. Developers read the comments and iterate on them. Others exist inside agent workflows. The review posts but nobody really interacts with it. The benchmark now separates these so you can compare tools in the workflow that actually matches your team.
Martian@withmartian

The software factory is already here. We're seeing bots write code, bots review it, and humans reduced to dispatching the next tool in the chain. Using 500k+ PRs from Code Review Bench, we looked at one question: can the human leave the loop yet?
