In the queue, out of the queue, refresh / don’t refresh, wait in line, back of the line, accused of being a bot… timed out 😵💫
@tinfoil94@oasis Please bear with us whilst the site manages the capacity. Customers are put in a temporary queue in advance of customers reaching the booking page when site reaches heavy traffic. The demand for tickets is extremely high. We wish you the best of luck with securing them! 😊
@TK_HelpDesk can you tell me how many times it takes for me to complete your feedback process before you pay my EU261 compensation (which you approved)? Is 17 enough? Every time I do what your customer reps request by phone or email, you find another reason not to pay.
