The festival is still going ahead, it's only 4 acts that won't be able to perform. 80% represents a significantly higher amount than the value of the performances postponed.
@111bynico my mum used her voucher we bought her for Christmas on Sunday and a member of staff told them that their £100 gift voucher had been purchased on offer for £60. Embarrassing for us and totally unprofessional. The service was also bad & the restaurant ran out of beer!

@InterConHotels great customer service from intercontinental hotels... tried to enquire about a refund for my stay in 2 weeks and I am spoken to in such a derogatory way, not sure why 🤷♀️ then the agent disconnected the chat when I was in the middle of typing a reply #Hospitality
