Out of the 29,000 votes cast: • The DCP candidate garnered 11,000 votes, about 38% • The UDA candidate garnered 18,000 votes, about 62% In 2027, if the same trend is replicated in his political stronghold with an estimated 4 million votes, then a 38% cut from that base would translate to approximately 1.52 million votes.
