@chilternrailway I’m on the 15:11 snow hill to Leamington. Can we have some lights on. Scary enough on the train with lights on.

Hello @chilternrailway Warwick parkway station is not gritted. The stairs & and platform. Quite slippery especially as there’s no other way to get to the platform as the lifts have been out of action for a year..

@TicketmasterUK trying to look at Annie Lennox tickets. Says happening now. Not in Q. Just says happening now and the info on website sucks

@chilternrailway it’s been a year since the lifts have worked. Apparently they flooded. I think you have to update the description of the station to say it’s not accessible to the less able..

Had a procedure at Warwick Hospital. Was made to feel ridiculous and reduced to tears for wanting anaesthetic. If would not happen to men bbc.com/news/articles/…

@chilternrailway let’s get prickly and shouty at customers. Because there isn’t enough room or seats on their peak time trains.

@chilternrailway It’s been quite a while now and none of the screens are working. To top it off we have rubbish signal here so sometimes you can’t even search on the app

@chilternrailway please can you advise why your trains are no longer going to snow hill? E.g the 7:36 to snow hill from Warwick parkway. Additionally, your lifts have been out of action for months. Do you not care about those with mobility issues or large cases?

@chilternrailway Hi @chilternrailway do you think you could also fix the screens at Warwick Parkway Station. Both on platform & in the station so we can see if I train is running/on time etc

@chilternrailway You really need to sort it asap. It’s really not fair excluding people with mobility issues from being able to travel from your station. It’s hard enough to travel from parkway at the mo. No screens working telling you when trains are/are not coming

@chilternrailway Is the 7:36 from Warwick parkway to snow hill going? As a train with no one on it saying snow hill has just shot through. So I’m guessing cancelled?

Following a fault with the signalling system between Neasden South Junction and London Marylebone, we have ticket acceptance with these operators: - LUL services via any reasonable route - GWR between Oxford and Paddington - WMT services between Birmingham and London

Trains are running to and from Marylebone with delays of approximately 10 minutes. No trains running between Marylebone to Harrow on the Hill at present. Trains will start at Harrow on the Hill for Met Line journeys. Sorry for the disruption.
