@ThreeUKSupport It was also 1am and I was asleep so I wasn’t using my phone and to be honest it sounds like you’re trying to insinuate it was my doing?

@KatMcCafferty Those messages are sent in relation to any allowance being activated, not just data usage. Any usage of calls or texts would also result in the daily charge being applied. We'd recommend using airplane mode if you want to avoid triggering the daily charge -Pete

@ThreeUKSupport currently abroad and used my data twice (Sunday & Wednesday) but got a text at 1am this morning when my data was off suggesting I’ve turned it on? I can’t login to my account and am using Wi-Fi so please confirm this is just an error??

@ThreeUKSupport No I am aware of that. I had roaming and data off though so surely unless you’re using my data without my consent it isn’t that? I was using data at that point as I needed to contact yourselves ironically.

@KatMcCafferty Being connected to WiFi doesn't mean the phone can't use data. Some phones use data to assist WiFi. All phones will divert back to data if the WiFi becomes slow or unreliable at any point. It looks like you're using data now though, so the charge is covering your usage -Pete

@ThreeUKSupport In fact, I’ve just logged in and it’s showing I started using data at midnight when I was asleep and on Wi-Fi! I’m not paying for another day, please remove this charge
