Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu agreed to bring a close to the end of the 10-month conflict on Monday. Hamas resumed negotiations this week with the U.S. bridging a proposal. Israeli PM Netanyahu said he had a very "constructive" meeting with Blinken. Hamas accused Netanyahu of "thwarting the mediators' efforts, according to Reuters.
