@KateGrieve The 08:36 service is starting at Preston today, so will be fine from Lockerbie to Edinburgh and the 10:35 is scheduled to run as planned. Would you be able to tell me where you found your information on the cancellations? ^Kate

@tescomobile absolutely disgraceful that you cut someone off, tell them it’s 3-5 working days for a new sim and your teams can’t communicate between each other to re-activate an old sim. The suggestion being I call them..how would that be possible with no mobile service?
