@NianticHelp Why are my kids not getting the research? They paid for the deluxe pass (i then gift it to them on the app) and they did the same number of raids as me. I got both research encounters. They got none.

@NianticHelp My son can’t log in to use the redemption code. When we enter details and sign in it says 401 and instructs to sign in - even though we just did. Thoughts?

@NianticHelp But shouldn’t he have received it well before level 30? He has completed many others. We have other accounts that have that research on much lower levels. According to Reddit, this is a known glitch.
