When you hear Dutton calling for an audit of Government spending on Indigenous communities he’s counting on two things: That you don’t know that police & prisons is counted in that spending & Indigenous communities rarely have control over funding they get & how it can be spent.

@_erikaroper Might be worth checking out Telstra prepaid, cheaper than a plan - you can roll over your existing number and set up auto-recharge so it's basically a plan anyway. I pay $30 for 10G (and calls, texts etc) which lasts 28 days and rolls over unused data. Access to the whole network
