Not enough words can express what @KateMartin74719 means to me and this program. Just short on the day but was her best throw after injuring her knee at the end of April. @BSUBeaversXCTF is getting a great one here and the hammer and weight don’t know what’s about to hit them.

@jada_henrikson with a great series in the finals for 3rd. @magi_bjornson with another PR inching closer to her season goal. @KateMartin74719 still bouncing back from the knee, but looks good in the circle. Big meet next week, time to put it all together!

MEET DAY!!! JV squad over at @UWRFTrack today. A lot of first timers today, excited to get some distances to set goals for the future. Soak it in and compete!!

If you can’t tell by my screams at the end, @KateMartin74719 finally hits a big one going 38’ 2” to move up to number 2 all time at Farmington. And it’s only the first meet of the season… so proud of this young woman and excited to see what the year holds! 40 ft loading….

Two days of testing and two new school records for @KateMartin74719! 325x1 on back squat and 170x2 (179 max) on bench press! Nikolina Opp also hit 300 on back squat today (#2 all-time)!! We've got some strong girls right now!!!💪
