@simoncoveney PLEASE - trying to renew Irish passport online - should be simple but I cant seem to pay for renewal.....then when I call the number for help I am told they are too busy and to call again later.....5 times today already. A simple request really - why so inefficient?

The Irish Spa Association has warned that there is a growing shadow economy in the beauty industry. It has criticised the continued closure of legitimate salons and spas amid reports of treatments being carried out in people's homes.
