@IanKennedyCK @juuiicey Keep in mind the culture that they both bring which is very different. Laila is team orientated and inclusive and Abbey isn’t known for that outside her bubble. All comes down to what teams want but you better believe the veterans who know them will be sharing their thoughts.

@juuiicey There's definitely debate depending on what a team needs/wants there. Murphy may be more electric, but I'm not sure I'd say she's more impactful. And I do believe her antics will be a consideration, although a team may want that type of pest. It's a toss up!

Abbey Murphy’s NCAA career is done after Minnesota’s loss in their regional final. Murphy is the all-time program leader in goals and penalty minutes, and she’s a top-3 finalist for the Patty Kazmaier this year. The PWHL draft awaits in about 3 months.

The PWHL has announced that, for the first time ever, they will have a nationally broadcast game in the United States. In partnership with Ally and Scripps Sports, ION will air the Takeover Tour game on March 28 between Montreal and New York at Little Caesars Arena.
