@Accor it's now 4 days waiting for someone to contact me. Someone was given a key and came into my room at 1am in one of your ibis hotels London. Very frightening Please could someone contact me bout my complaint as the email I was given has been ignored

@Accor Another day with no communication from you. I think this issues highlights a large safety concern. Please could someone get in touch?

@Accor just before 1am Weds someone was given a key and entered my hotel room. This was a frightening experience. I was given the email address H2177-gm@accor.com to conplain but after 48 hrs I have heard nothing. Please could you confirm/correct the address or get a responce?
