@simonharris_mbd We encountered similar problems recently, the ticket office was closed. Mobile wifi not connecting so not able to use app so we got on the train. Got to our destination told the guard on the gate what had happened, he shrugged his shoulders 🤷‍♀️ and opened the gate.
