Me and/or Friedland have been loaning and bridging the company since 2019 so that the cap structure never got blown out. I learned this from Lukas Lundin. Do whatever it takes and take care of your shareholders when you’re forging through the valleys. When world building, nobody ever does it on their own. Takes a whole #29er wagon train.

There it is, folks. +50k contracts traded. (…with limited hours, limited contracts and commodity-segments yet launched, limited data distribution still [🔜], limited clearing members and regions fully trading still, and not yet even utilizing our 1of1 #CollateralTech to expand access and capital efficiency in our clearinghouse and markets) Thats +CAD$50mm rev annualized when this becomes the ADV norm. As I’ve been saying, we front-loaded the build to the specs of our of global ambitions (to be one of 13 global exchange/clearing houses by my quick count) of +1mm ADV. This isn’t software sales CAC, the customers and demand was front loaded, already existed and we just needed to unlock them with a helluva lift to get the regulatory and pluming of the global machine in place. …we’re still in the mailing DVDs stage of disruption. codex + cora + mono take care of everything from actually accomplishing todos (like researching questions people ask, or filling out forms) to drafting and sending. i just talk to my computer and everything else is done.

I was too conservative in the early years of being public, lost too much % of the company (I should have been pounding the table more, just like Friedland, on what I knew we would achieved instead of always hedging with over stating risk disclosure—this buisness is risk AND REWARD). Those were always risk-adjusted-to-share price achievable targets. I still am too conservative when it comes to our tech and our potential. So many puzzle pieces are snapping into place now. Just got to keep pushing and executing. The moonshot(s) are within reach. Can’t always give you a timeline, but I’ll give you an outcome.

A lot of mine faces opened up and we have people on all of them. An interesting mix of imminent and longer term milestones here (most look like they’re within the next ~12mo though), directionally correct. Not enough on LNG, MarketOS or Agents++ though, we got more mucking from those faces. Plan to make the ~45 day period between calls feel like a six month later update on progress.

Idk. Part of the original pitch around the Bay Street gutter was partially personal, apparently. But maybe now it’s ego with my public call outs and name calling 🏖️ 🏀🩳 ; or simply trying to survive ‘till there is a news lul (😂) or lucky break, macro etc. who knows.
But here’s some fresh data sent:
•70% of the U.S. trades today were short, 56% over the last week of trading into news…and the stock is up ~5%! #MayDaysBlueLightSpecial
..And everyone saw the obvious downticking from one house yesterday, net seller of ~$3.5mm with no buying the past week (and a long position seller doesn’t try for the intentionally worst price possible anytime bids are thin, and time an ‘orderly position exit’ at 3:59:50), so have to assume the percentage of selling to try to cap the price and paint a resistance is just as high in Canada.

This looks like a plan to issue to shareholders Abaxx' interest in the LabMag Taconite reserves as FDT tokens traded on Abaxx Markets infrastructure: a SmarterMarket for Iron Ore Reserves™ for the mining industry to monetize their underground assets.
This reminds me of the time Overstock tried to issue a BTC dividend to its shareholders or when MMAT issued MMTLP (convertible into unlisted, not DTCC registered NBH stock)... they had a specific type of financial leeches in mind.
It could be still early days for this development, but in any case the 🏖️🏐🩳 ➡️❤️🔥 Soon™.... imagine them buying tokens on the open market to cover their #GrennIron 🩳!

Shareholders have been asking for a while, so we’ve started the processes for main board listings as the business(es) scale (subject to meeting all requirements).

This will also change our index eligibility as we’d now be technically eligible for S&P TSX and global small cap index’s as a first step once listed (with est. ~2mm shares of new baseline demand++ to drive more liquidity in our secondary listings — based on a tentative May listing timeline we will get a final confirmation if there’s a process to meet June rebalancing assessments for the main index, or later in the year).

Two weeks after TMX (TSX owner) buys CBOE canada, Abaxx updates its filings for “new listing applications”. Wouldn't be surprised they started on it as soon as it was announced.
TSX uplist this month for MayDays looking like a possibility.
And Jeff Curie representing Abaxx for all media now. would make more sense that when people google Abaxx it shows as TSX listed.
It would also lock them in for S&P index inclusion in December and cause 1.5 million share buying.

I dare the market to listen to Ian’s podcast this morning, do the work on our tech and business models, and then keep valuing our tech at “less than 0”. Double dog dare it.
Agentic identity & governance tools will be in a cloud-service like CAGR of 20% or more for at least a decade IMO. First movers with the best tech (we’ve been working on it for more than half a decade, our raison d'être), best network distribution (we run a global clearinghouse with global banks, energy companies, national utilities etc. clients and connectivity), and best regulatory moats and trust models (again see above), just have to be in the game right now to do well iMO.

What’s important though, is that everything about work (and software development) has changed. Part of our @abaxx_labs approach and strategy is not just what they release, but Ian is personally building and experimenting with the next generation staffing and management of an organization; a recursive organizational structure between humans and agents—where agents work for human orchestrations, and then humans orchestrate the next level ticketing coming off the agents (only possible in a highly regulated industry with tools like Agents++ btw). Two years ago Ian mapped out a 100+ person organization for how the ID++ network business model will work at scale. That’s now been reduced by at least 2/3 in human head count and probably 80% in timeline to get there. It’s why I’m so darned excited by what Ian is doing, it will be a template and sandbox for how we run everything else at Abaxx as the model and tools mature; blitzscaling with little additional operational and software development headcount. […oh yeah, and our only Exchange and Clearinghouse competitors are 100x our size (a school bus trying to turn the bus and compete with our Baja car on our generation’s hightech race course), and they have nothing like Agents++ or Abaxx Labs to sandbox and roll out across the broader org to constantly disrupt and reinvent themselves (good luck with entrenched managers milking monopolistic cash flows with massive disincentives to change).
