The First is Maxim Lott, Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy
Second is Benjamin Ellisten, Senior Budget Analyst and Fund Manager for the White House
They admitted:
• Trump is using $1B of tax payer money to retrofit his new plane
• Domestic policy decisions are made based on what "feels like a good idea"
• No formal cost-benefit analysis exists for major policy calls
• Staff bypass the Oval Office and act on their own interpretation of Trump's preferences
• Ellisten called Trump "a madman" and said "We've got to get rid of him"
There appears to be people in the White House acting on Trumps behalf without his direct approval
