Attorney General Pam Bondi and VA Secretary Doug Collins just signed an agreement that let’s VA attorneys go to state court to get a homeless veteran assigned a guardian. That means a veteran who served this country could lose the right to make their own decisions about where they live, how they get care, and how they live their life. This plan, called Project Safe Harbor, was put together behind closed doors for months. The administration didn’t announce it. They didn’t ask for input. They didn’t explain it.
