@HannahLBlanc @mtholyoke These new constructs (with GC clamps and/or an exogenous intrinsic terminator) definitely expand the detectable scope of Hfq-RNA interactions in the B3H assay, and we hope they will be broadly useful to many in the community for your favorite RNAs and proteins!

This work comes out of the excellent undergraduate honors theses of Linh Nguyen '22 and @HannahLBlanc '20 @mtholyoke, who are both off doing new cool science!
